Do you have a budding young musician aged 4 – 6 years in your family? Help them get a musical head start with Little Jazzers music classes for kids at JWA!

Little Jazzers uses rhythm, movement, games, and singing designed to help younger children build the fundamental skills needed for playing musical instruments.
The lessons are carefully designed by our early education specialist Michelle Shih (M.Mus, B.MusEd) to focus on the essentials to accelerate children’s musical development. And, of course, it has a unique jazz flavour that you’d expect from us.
Another Benefit of our Little Jazzers music classes for kids is that it also helps teach children how to play together in a group. That’s perfect preparation for moving on to joining a band once they are ready, such as one the JWA jazz combos. Playing in a group isn’t straightforward. It’s a skill that needs to be learned.
Little Jazzers will give your child a head start with ensemble skills, a real advantage over others who are starting from scratch. Places are limited to keep the class size small.
