School holiday camps
Jazz Workshop can teach you how to play jazz through one of our school holiday music camps. There are camps for all levels and ages through the year. The camps cover learning to play jazz and jazz improvisation.
The school holiday camps are held in our outstanding venue in St Leonards, five minutes walk from the station. Of course, every camp is led by one of our great faculty of teachers, including some of the biggest names in Australian jazz education.
Jazz Improvisation
We have camps for beginners, with little or no experience in improvising, plus more advanced courses for experienced students. Whatever your level, let Jazz Workshop help you develop your voice a soloist.

Have fun as you learn about jazz music
Just for kids ages 8 – 13, this camp is a great chance to have some fun while playing and learning about the funnest music there is: jazz!
Over two big days, everyone gets to play in a band, compose music, learn some new improvisation skills and wind down after a busy year of school. A carefully designed program, presented by Anna Okunev and Richard Savery, two of our best teachers.
